Some clients may notice very subtle changes relatively quickly, but for most people the visible results start to appear from around 2 weeks after treatment. Improvements continue to develop over 6–12 weeks as your body gradually breaks down and clears away the frozen fat cells.

The results are permanent, as the fat cells destroyed during treatment do not return.

The treatment is completely non-invasive and generally considered painless. Most clients only experience a cold sensation and slight pressure at the beginning of the treatment, but the area quickly becomes numb, making the procedure very comfortable overall. Enjoy minimal downtime so you can return to normal activities quickly.

Appointments are usually 1 hour including consultation and treatment time. No additional buffer time is needed, and you can return to your normal day straight afterwards.

Fat freezing may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have severe cold sensitivity conditions, cryoglobulinemia, paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria, active skin infections in the treatment area, open wounds, hernias in the area being treated, or certain serious medical conditions. A full consultation will be carried out in clinic to ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

The treatment can be performed on the belly, love handles, arms, inner and outer thighs, bra line, and chin.

There is very little preparation needed for this treatment. We simply recommend staying well hydrated, avoiding heavy meals or alcohol beforehand, and wearing comfortable clothing to your appointment.
